Many years ago the Community took care of the Shaman Medicine Man or Woman; (we will use the masculine to explain here), they housed him, clothed him & provided for his ever need. There was always some form of equal reciprocity for the services provided. Some would bring a chicken, or food for the family. In the United States today, the acceptable form of reciprocity is (money) US Dollars. We use money in reciprocity for receiving goods or services. The circle of reciprocity must be complete for the energy exchange to be Karma free. There should always be a give and take. When someone gives or takes too little or too much, they will be out of balance. The circle of Reciprocity must be balanced
